6. Embedded video (Vimeo)

To present acting material (showreel, scenes), this website embeds videos from the Vimeo platform (provider: Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York 10011, USA). The embedding uses a two-click solution: when the page loads, only a locally stored preview image is shown; a connection to Vimeo's servers is established only once you actively click a video. Vimeo then learns your IP address and the page you visited. The embed additionally uses Vimeo's “Do Not Track” parameter. The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
